The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities upholds the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Physical Culture and Sport” (re equipping official delegations of national teams of Ukraine for participation in international sports competitions for the disabled)

The bill (Reg. No. 4515) suggests supplement article 37 of the Law “On Physical Culture and Sport” with a new chapter according to which, in order to participate in the international sports competitions for the disabled, the Ukrainian Center for Physical Culture and Sports for the Disabled, by agreement with the National Sport Committee of the Disabled of Ukraine, shall equip official delegations of national teams of Ukraine consisting of sportsmen, persons accompanying the disabled sportsmen, coaches and persons ensuring organizational support of their participation.
